PAYMENT METHODS
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's electronic payment platform and use TLS encryption 1.2 with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
To complete your purchase, we offer the following payment methods.
Debit or credit card
Visa, Amex, Mastercard

Pay on delivery (in the company Courier):
Choosing cash on delivery as a payment method, you will pay in cash upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount due to the Courier employee who delivers the order to you.. This method is only available for destinations within Greece and incurs an additional charge.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days from the moment of their registration. However, orders placed on Friday will most likely be placed on Monday.
All shipments within Greece are made with the above charges, except in inaccessible areas, for which you will be informed by phone or by mail about the extra charge.
The arrival time of the products in the majority of the regions of Greece is 2-3 working days, except adverse weather conditions, while if you wish to send with a company that serves you, please contact us.
Your order has just been shipped, you will receive an email with the unique shipping number of your parcel (tracking number).
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the item you received is defective, damaged or different from its description on our site, we offer complete replacement for up to 14 days from the date of receipt. To request a replacement please contact us by providing your order number, the reason for your return and (if exists) evidence / photos of any product defects. We will be happy to send you a new one or compensate you (excluding shipping costs).
For the right of return, the item should also be unused in its original packaging (in resale status) . We will review the email you send us and give you a return warranty (RMA) before sending your product back to us. Make sure that the returned product is carefully wrapped and that you provide a tracking number (if possible) for all return items, as we can not replace items that have been damaged due to improper packaging and we are not responsible for the return of our lost or damaged products.
Transportation
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund cost will be deducted from the refund. Any customs duty is paid by the importer.

Money return

Late returns
